We don't want to snub the creativity of container homes - building homes using old shipping containers - but please don’t confuse it with modular builds. Our wall sections are factory-made, steel & concrete structure, insulated and seamlessly finished, inside and out.
We feel they’re not suitable for long-term quality in Costa Rica.
BETTER QUALITY, SIGNIFICANTLY FASTER CONSTRUCTION, DESIGN FLEXIBILITY AND MUCH BETTER VALUE.
Modular (also known as prefab) construction is much better suited to the challenges we face, building in Costa Rica.
The long rainy season causes challenges and delays for traditional building, not to mention destroyed roads from of all those cement trucks.
From our central, San José factory, we easily transport wall panels to any part of the country, while containers or factory built homes require cranes and nearby logistics. We know that the roads in Costa Rica, especially the beautiful areas, are not easy to get to.
